My biggest problem with Getting Shit Done is going from sitting down in front of my computer to go do Some Other Thing.

But there are two things I generally do not struggle to do.

1. Go to the bathroom. 2. Go get food.

So I was like. What if I, every time I go to the bathroom, stop before I sit back down again and ask myself: Is there anything else I want to do first?

And that is how I today managed to Do Exercise.
