if we reach cap (as we're at 59/70 players), apps are not first come first serve. so don't worry about being the first people getting in here, especially since we have the christmas season!

instead, if we reach cap, we'll be judging more critically on samples, active participation in threads, and understanding of characters. apps will not be processed until the 1st, in case of drops that may free up a player spot.
