I must have had a nosebleed in my sleep last night

woke up choking on a blood clot in the back of my throat the size of my thumb merry christmas to me

oh yikes

it was VERY GROSS but at least there wasn't blood all over my face or on my sheets or anything so I'LL CALL THIS A WIN

I am the only person left in this office!!!!!
