I didn't have any!!! my mom did and she was fine so I don't think that's it

Quick update I am not back to 100% but I am better than ytd

I am drinking lots of lemon rooibos tea and have eaten some saltine crackers and kept them down so yay

oh noooo i'm glad it is abating

day 3 update still sick but am being sick at work this time which is a change of pace at least!!! feeling very chilled and slightly nauseous

gonna take some alka seltzer in a minute here, I have aspirin in me already

spent the last 2 hours of my day on the terlet..... should not have had Big Salad for lunch
