I can... kind of understand it? It looks like the Legends of Greyhawk is a specific long-term campaign that interacts with itself only across locations/conventions in a narrative and is using the 2024 rules.
Adventurere's League is more "You can bring your character from Table X to Table Y and they storywise probably have nothing to do with eachother." and-
(I'm playtesting the 2024 rules with a group to see if we want to swap and it's.... similar but distinctly different in how some things work, and a DM has to put in a fair bit of work to make the two actually work together imo)
