decided I am making pumpkin butter out of these pie pumpkins they gave me from work :3c

i'm keeping the seeds i'm gonna roast because. i want to eat them. BUT the pumpkin butter will probably go to people at work as gifts

roasting these pumpkin bits rn, i think I then have to like, blend it with some other stuff and cook it down further to make it butter i think

roasting low and slow because I want it to get soft so I can blend it up easily as it cooks down

thank god for the invention of the immersion blender i genuinely think it's the best gift i ever got for xmas
