I'm with a union, as a library tech, but it turns out our position hasn't been evaluated for like, what payband we should be on since 2006

And we do way way more work now since tech has become so important. So my co-techs wrote up the eval to send to our union to go 'hey can we get more money plz'

Our new Regional Manager was completely onboard too

the union for my city's library system just pulled off a big across the board pay increase for library workers, so i hope yours manages it too!

Library tech is payband 6, so we have... 25 ish an hour.
