👁‍🗨 What do "I'm going to touch you" jokes, even mean? This is a genuine question. I'm attempting to figure out the proper meaning but each and every time it seems to turn out disgustingly depicted in my head.

Even if it is used as a coping joke sometimes, you are never allowed to make it towards people you don't know, as you said. It's purely disgusting, in that situation.
