My car is heading to the junkyard! It almost killed me yesterday and now needs $4,000 in aging repairs… Can’t afford that.

Hopefully the tow truck guy gave you some money for your car. Sometimes they do because they make some money by selling your car to a metals recycler and removing the parts with precious metals and selling them.
