climate anxiety would have me spiraling because storms killing trees now with hotter dryer summers means severely increased risk of fire 2-5 years down the road, which is increased landslides in 4-7 years as the increasingly long and wet stormy seasons oversaturate everything

anyway staying to plan home ownership with Andy and these are things I'm considering in choosing a location
