1. I've been roleplaying since 2010, so almost 15 years! I had written some fanfic before, and I've always been journaling and wiring little so stories, so finding this hobby has been a real blessing.
5. Shorter stuff is gneerally easier for me to keep up with, so I do tend to do that most often. But I love longer threads! I can just be a little slower with those, especially if it's something that requires a lot of thought.
6. Nope, just English. I took several years of French back throughout middle school and high school, but that was over 20 years ago and I'm way out of practice. XD
7. chemistry, always. sometimes you just click with writers! mutual respect, being cool with avoiding triggers/squicks. i also check to see if i think the character would vibe with mine and their general RP style through how they write and how they set things up. but it all comes back to compatibility!
8. i get a little disheartened when i feel like i'm the only one keeping the plot/thread moving. hell i get annoyed with myself when i realize i've gotten fixated on a conversation mid-thread and forget about the action going on. i'm also very picky about cross-medium but idk if i'd call that a pet peeve.
10. all the tropes! mostly tho? pining, hurt/comfort, friends-to-lovers, angsty stuff, only one bed, snowed in, arranged marriage, fantasy AUs, fake dating, and i'm a sucker for romantic reunions.
