I attempted to eat a farmer's breakfast this morning. steakeggspotatoes and toast I ate half of it and had to take the rest home. I wonder how people can eat like this every morning?
It was very delicious. But if I ate such a massive pile of food every morning, I doubt I'd be able to function properly the rest of the day. The eggs mixed with spinach would have been a nice mix.
This breakfast fills my heart with joy. Nourishment in the early morning fantastic.
I could eat like that every morning. But I don't.
For better health you could remake it as- steak, eggs, broccoli (with butter!) and saucy beans! More powerful carbs, protein, fiber.
