I literally just started doing them today. I knew I was behind but the past week was FULLY out of mind. Like even at work I was confused and arguing with my manager about when the 16th was and didn't understand what he was talking about until I did comprehend the date.
I desperately need to touch grass and exercise, the last few weeks have just been nothing but working and stress eating and my body absolutely rebelled last night lmao
