I only know the first two. The first one, the safe spot is around where the tethered cup is (same spot). The second one is usually the L shaped one. You want to be across the arena from the bottom of the L.

sure, I'm just explaining for those who dont internalise diagrams and never actually realised the rotations are just meant to scare people into thinking it's complciated
i know vaguely how to handle those...they target the person furthest away from them (two different targets iirc) so you just have to stand still long enough for them to begin to run and then run to the safe zone
I have a bad habit of just following the tank and hoping they know where they're going tbqh
