[politics] [anxiety] well that was a nice few years run of not waking up scared of what the future will bring

it's not a coincidence that my anxiety finally got bad enough to go to a therapist and get diagnosed with GAD in early 2017

and it's mostly under control, but I'm going to have to go day by day for a while or else I will just fall apart

I was up before 7 today because my brain was engaged enough to worry, so it did
