so the first one didn't mess with the player directly. We're in an attic and find old VHS tapes about this Dora the Explorer style show so it breaks THAT fourth wall but not OUR fourth wall specifically

Okay then... I might be able to watch. (Because OUR fourth-wall horror is a BIG nope for me.)

But the game is first person so it’s supposed to be LIKE they’re addressing us

Yeah yeah, it makes sense. It's fourth wall horror for the character but not for the player. That's definitely doable for me.

(Playing horror is already too spoopy for me most days, I don't need the horror to keep messing with me when I try to walk away.)

There are definitely jump scares but like. Idk it’s not like FNAF where it’s constant?? The whole mystery is really cool

I feel like the OG Amanda contained a lot of really messed up themes? 𝓟𝓢𝓛☕📔𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓬𝓮𝓼𝓼 IDK your "nope" buttons except for the one you just mentioned here, but I feel like this game (and now series, I guess!) needs a few more cautions than some of the other spoopy games we play
