[job search] I'm not applying for anywhere that requires a video with the application

I'm. fairly certain I've seen posts on tumblr suggesting that's illegal anyway?

It's really obnoxious and exclusionary especially when the job has nothing to do with videography/video editing/etc.

yeah also I think applications are supposed to be conducted in such a way that skin color doesn't make a bearing on it?

(not that this necessarily stops it from happening, especially in the case of names that are non-European in origin, but still...)
