[health] 😭 the way i can tell my period is coming by the way my connective tissue gets shittier

the last day or two my knees have been pushed a little out of place by me sitting normally AND my back tied itself in knots...

also man not to whine but i am SO stressed about having to take a different generic of my birth control... the last one made me gain so much weight and made me dizzy for two weeks straight til i got the right one again

and like the chances it contributed to the thyroid thing are slim bc at least two other Health Events happened around the same time but. im not wholly unconvinced it wasn't involved.

are you able to change pharmacies to one that does have it?

none of the cvses in the area have it and idk how to find out abt walgreens or walmart which are both a lot harder for me to get to ... the grocery store we go to only carries the generic that really fucked me up

also like i don't have time anymore lol. i took the new option bc i gave them a week to try and get it and now i have like two days left

idk... i guess i can msg my dr and see if they can help but augh

waugh ok once rar very kindly pummeled the shit out of my back so that i was no longer crying from pain i msgd my dr and she sent it to express scripts immediately...

i think i will take a couple days of the other one so im not just in hell limbo til my correct meds arrive. but that shouldn't be enough to potentially fuck me up
