apple care ... apple customer service intentionally doesn't give preferred customer care any more to purchasers of apple care so that people who don't pay extra for customer service aka apple care don't feel badly they didn't buy it = so they don't feel left out ... so I am stupid for purchasing it, I'm prob gtg worse care because I purchased extra care.
