sickness, light politics (from like, 2012??)

so i've been working from home for two days because of what i think is the ear infection from hell, but because of emotional damage up to HERE, i feel an intense need to prove that sickness won't keep me down for long periods of time, so I came into the office anyway

and one of the first phone calls i got while here was "OBAMA IS TRYING TO TAKE MY MEDICAID"

which, god, sure sent me on a weird dissociative trip for a minute

like don't get me wrong the years from 2007-2016 were pretty much nonstop redneck racism about Obama

all i can do is hang up and wonder what the hell brought that on
