I think I'm someone's work wife. He tells me anything in his life that affects his work schedule. I know when he'll call or text. It's kind of funny and kind of weird for me. I am used to working alone.

But in sales, it really is about team and partners. I'm his partner or work associate. It's good that he likes me and I like him.

It does make things a little complex!

Skip Z : It does! It's hard for me to scold him when I know I need to provide feedback. But I do my best. I remind him about things and ask for specific information/details when needed. He speaks the least out of all the sales folks and I could sense it from the first few days of emailing him. He's not shy, just prefers to be efficient with words.

He's my favorite and in some ways, we're similar. And I think he can tell.
