fitspiration. jusko. at 64, pagoda ako basahin routine niya. hahahaha. PT and the most basic yoga pa lang for my scoliosis, pagod na ako. pero sige, if I could look like this and be active at 64, workout consistency pa more.

I have scolio rin pero ok naman after 6 years of weight training. Ok sana sa atin ang swimming kaso saan, di ba? Di pwede outdoor pool, delikado pag umuulan.

and to be diligent with rotator cuff warm ups. dahil rin siguro sa scolio kaya lagi na na-iisue right shoulder ko pag nasosobrahan ng gamit.

forgotmyog : I have a physical therapist. If you want, irefer kita. He's based in San Pedro pero he can go as far as QC and Batangas. Binibigyan din nya ako ng mobility exercises lalo na't persistent ang pain ko sa traps and lower right back.
Homebased lang din ako. Was planning gym bakal kaso mpox. Critical sa atin ang good form.
