Working on a rogue/thief with the Healer feat, as a former military field medic. I've decided that he carries around about two dozen holy symbols or tokens, each of a different faith, for multiple reasons...

one, he's used to treating the grievously (and sometimes, fatally) wounded, so being able to present a suitable religious icon for those he treats can be a small blessing.

two, he spends a lot of his time frantically mumbling for any damn god that can hear him, to intercede and save the life of those he's trying to help.

and three, he's hedging his bets on SOME deity finding favor in his actions and throwing HIM a bone sometime, maybe saving HIM in a tight space.
