[Health???] GUESS WHO ALMOST FAINTED TODAY?

my ladies I work for called me to see if I could get their groceries off the porch because they can't do it and like I aint doin shit today and they gave me snacks so it's all a-okay. also they're less than five minutes away. ANYWAY

I was getting the groceries in, everything was normal

but I went to pick up a big ass pack of water bottles

I managed to get it in the house and set down where it belonged but when I leaned back up I felt Bad

suddenly my ears felt really full and sound was super quiet and I got really dizzy and my vision got dark and blotchy/green and I had to sit down and hold still for like five to ten minutes

scared my poor ladies to death 8I;;

I havent felt like that since I worked at Kroger

I did not take my blood pressure medicine this morning because their call woke me up and I headed out without eating or taking it. I didnt think about it
