Bill Kaitz was a bright student, but he despised school and knew that he had to take control of his life. So, at the young age of 16, he obtained his GED and, with his sharp tongue, landed himself a full-time job as an Assistant Manager at JCPenney. This was the beginning of his career in sales and relationship-building.
