This is one of my favorite parts in the song of ice and fire. It’s an interesting riddle and without one of the correct answers. I’m going to post the character’s answer tomorrow.
The character’s answer caught my heart for a long time. In fact every answer is right. It just depends on what you think and that will give us power. If I don’t believe I can do something then I will lose my power to do it. But if I believe I have power to do something then I’ll have motivation to try it.
Why can't I learn English well? Is it because I don’t have money to hire a great teacher? Is it because I don’t have an English environment? Or is it because I’m too stupid to remember vocabulary and grammar?
I always want to give it up when I start to doubt myself and lose my power to keep learning. Maybe I just need to believe in myself a little more and insist on learning.
I’m so glad I can meet this group’s members practicing and sharing experiences together. I feel every member who gets together is so shiny and has confidence when they talk. That really inspires me to keep learning and to practice more. I hope someday in the future I can speak English with more confidence.
My own answer is to kill all three of them. Because I can’t trust any of them will keep their vows and I don’t like to obey other people. I only do what I want to do. So I won’t listen to their words. 😂😂😂（掀桌型玩家）
