i, unfortunately, don't thave a source on this other than my pharmacy, but if you're trying to schedule a covid booster via walgreens in the us, they're having issues scheduling because of something going wrong in their computer systems

i had no issues scheduling via cvs, so if that's an option for you, i'd either do that or try and schedule via your doctor's office

i'm not sure but i think it technically requires proving that the hospital itself was the intended target

So depends on how nearby they mean by 'nearby', whether or not it was close enough to believably have been accidental collateral damage in targeting the military academy...
