Gundam Breaker 4 has me wondering a dumb inter-franchise thought: would having the HADES and the Zero Systems on the same suit make a pilot guaranteed superhuman or just turn their brain to soup? Or both I suppose.

...mm. I'd say it'd be like what people say about oversyncing in Evangelion. For the short time you've got it running, you are an absolute god when in your mech.

It wouldn't be long before your brain literally melts, though. Probably a minute or two at most.
