It's vile to cite Dred Scott, but I feel like this headline buries the lede: they're arguing that only people born in the U.S. whose parents are already U.S citizens at time of their birth are eligible to be President.
Apparently six other cases are also cited and it's not clear from the article (at least to me) which are most important to the organization's argument.

...hm. not anything I can see, from a quick skim, about copyright protections, but about "bigger models than currently exist have to have safeties to keep them from being threats to the national infrastructure" or similar.
Looks like the concern is people/organizations manipulating it rather than it manipulating itself; I can see that as a legit infrastructure/security issue
