Chestnut : Exactly! I have a friend who just recently lost 100+ lbs and I made a point when I told her she looked great to say...wow, you are just GLOWING! Which is a fact, she doesn't look better, she looks happier and healthier, but making it about someone's body makes you feel like, wow, how much did you want to call me names then?? ugh
