Just made a fucking delicious tuna and potato salad.

Roasted potato, canned tuna, onion, green bell pepper, fresh parsley, and celery tossed in Kewpie mayo, apple cider vinegar, stone ground mustard, salt and pepper.

The potatoes were roasted with tumeric, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, salt and pepper at 450ยฐ f for 30 mins. (I chopped one potato into small pieces so it'd cook quickly.)

The onion was like a quarter onion I had leftover and the same with the bell pepper. I diced them and soaked the onion in cold water and a tiny dash of salt to make it less sharp.

And did you know if you peel the back of celery, it makes it less stringy? I learned that from watching Alex Guarnaschelli.
