Britain makes it a stipulation of all their visas that you can’t claim asylum in JewK, does the same apply in Ireland?

Why can’t there be a reciprocal stipulation on all BritishVisas that you can’t claim asylum in Britain or Ireland and the same in all IrishVisas?
