22 bucks is a lot, for that, is that real? Sure they aren't just "onboarding" people without payment until they are "certified for the job" and then people do not get any more (paid) tasks?

I've worked for Appen before. They are the worst company I've ever worked for. No leadership, just one chat where people were arguing politics and God all day.
