N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
the kudzu discussion that crossed my twitter is funny as someone who lives in the south
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
like i remember driving down backroads and both sides just being entirely green as that vine covered everything
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
i always wanted to try it but, yknow, no one harvests and eats it
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
from the description in the thread it sound tasty
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
and has so many damn uses, why are we not tapping into that?

I can only assume spite at this point at anger in how it's taken over so much
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
oh yeah def
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
i heard its been found all the way out in i think oregan at this point
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
and has, of course, crept north
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
but like instead of trying to kill it with poison and sending goats at it, we should be harvesting it and turning it into so much stuff
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
like we could have kudzu starch intead of corn but i guess big corn has the market cornered
hiss hiss hiss
yeah, that's part of the problem there :-(
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
ngl the kudzu blossom jelly looks so good
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
its such a prety pink
hiss hiss hiss
OH that does look pretty
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。
it reminds me of many forbidden snacks, but its not forbidden!
DJ🎵Yaoyao
yes i wanna try and eat it as well i was so facinated by the thread
Writing Hell
this is like the whole debate about eating carp. it's common in asia to eat it but in the states it's treated like a trash fish and like any invasive species, eating them would help decrease numbers.
N̢̺̝o̫̟͖L̼͍̞。

DJ🎵Yaoyao
