Ghost Scientist : It's got a couple of those. This is for the Eureka side content that came out in Stormblood. Eureka itself is an area that took some cues from older MMOs (FF11), where if you die and don't get picked up by someone odds are that you'll delevel.

The Baldesion Arsenal is the post-story challenging dungeon for the area. You get two warnings on unlocking it asking if you're really sure you understand what you're getting into.

Nowadays if you want to run it there's a few Discords (making a face) you ought to join.

Because it really requires a lot of coordination, you can't just have people pop into the portals that show up and expect them to blindly succeed.

(It's worth noting: normal Raise spells do not work in here.)

(You have to rely on special actions that have a chance to get you back up, or on your healers having Sacrifice. Which equally puts them at risk.)
