The Mother/Parental Saga

Even though i clearly wrote up the e-mail, had two people read it prior to sending it?

she claims that she doesnt know where i'm coming from and all that...

the first e-mail wasn't so bad...

and then she sent a second one tonight and is starting to lay on the guilt tripping.

keep in mind these are literal DAYS apart..

the fact i was told she 'wants to have an actual conversation'

which is hilarious because the last two times i tried to have a conversation with her? she shot me down

Yeah I mean if she really wanted to have an actual conversation she could call. She could come see you in person instead of emailing.

I mean I say this as someone who has a very different relationship with my parents but. Yeah. I do hope that she is able to call you or visit if she really does want to talk to you proper.

calling is a bit... not possible but visiting would be easier

Understandable. I know sometimes family can be. Tricky. Even amid mine where I mostly get along with everyone there has been some drama. Admittedly more with my aunt, my uncle. Not mum. But. I would hope she also wouldn't force anything either, if you aren't comfortable with face to face in person right now/yet.

At this point id suggest her to council (i think that’s the word) for both you and her together all because i dont trust her in the same room with only you.

At least with some kind of 3rd party, they can also call out the bullshit on her.

Who knows, she probably trying to be nice to get you to watch her dog or something later. This is my experience from my older brother who will forever NEVER change.
