I wanted a new muselist with updated characters and less clutter.

I wrote some more - this time some ooc information for Collins specifically in TLV.

Jotted down some info for his updated canon timeline. And putting down thoughts about his canon update and its relation to his graduation process, plus how he has evolved towards that end-goal already through rp interactions in tlv so far.

May smooth out those thoughts on his path to redemption later, but for now that's the gist of it. Been thinking this but not putting it down anywhere before now. Thought maybe it would help me and others to understand what's going on with him.
