想問為什麼刷tag都會看到一些奇怪的英文噗？
如果真的是外國人發文那還好
但文章全部都是看不懂的破碎英文單字？
（而且其實咪以為噗浪只有台灣會用

ape1113: not really. they keep posting sth nonsense like everyday and created account at least for 4yrs. the picture is OBVIOUSLY a American famale (who said she's from USA) that took in 1990 and that's the weirdest thing.
