Yes about everything that was said about his shifting between Taiwanese and Mandarin, but I think there is more than that.

There're at least two different accents when 嶽's speaking Mandarin, one is (almost) pure "Mainlander Mandarin", the other being an in-between, like he can't completely give up certain Taiwanese pronounciations when speaking Mandarin. I don't know, it's probably just me.
