紀錄一下第一次打海芙音波的感想。這次主要是打臉跟下巴輪廓線的部分，不包含額頭，用6mm（緊實拉提）& 3mm（膠原蛋白增生）的探頭。6mm的探頭是皮下痠痛，骨頭或牙齦的地方會痠，近似牙根神經痛或是骨頭被撞到的痠感；3mm才是大魔王，據醫生說法先打過的6mm已經累積熱能，等到打3mm探頭的時候是表皮的熱痛感，就像臉碰到了滾燙的物品，但你要抵抗人體自建避免受傷的天性讓自己被燙，是人生最接近感覺自己被拷問受刑的時候。最痛的部分就是下巴跟脖子的部分，大概是皮膚比較細緻敏感？不過結果的確是有效的，明顯感覺臉部緊實拉提，聽說腰部最不痛讓我會想試試看...
