#ADHD我是高中生，從前陣子知道注意力不集中過動症的症狀之後就一直覺得自己很像例如：很難集中注意力長時間做一件事（除非是很感興趣的事，但也都做不了太久）、上課或是聽人說話很容易分心、通常手上要捏或把玩一樣東西才能稍微穩定下來、很懶惰很拖延、常忘東忘西⋯⋯等等但後來又覺得這會不會根本只是網路文明病造成的結果，讓我很難集中注意力，因為像是拖延這種症狀其實現在很多人都有。有想過看醫生，因為現在正是需要讀書時候，但不知道怎麼跟家人開口⋯⋯而且也有上面說的可能根本只是手機看太多的顧慮。有ADHD患者能給我建議嗎？非常感謝大家
