I put a cat carrier out near the steps in hopes that Oreo would get in it to get out of the elements. That didn't work out. Oreo went under the deck, which is probably a better place. I noticed Lilo under there, too. I'm just glad they both are somewhere safe and out of the wind and snow. My heart hurts for them.
