If you don't have Prime, any order takes forever. They don't offer expedited printing and shipping like Ingram Spark does.

D2D recently merged with Smashwords for greater distribution, but I do the TAoPaW omnibus in print only.

Yep, I was happy about the D2D/Smashwords marriage, since one does eBooks and the other does print, and I like that the twain shall meet.
