So on top of cat illness and everything else I am $300 short of paying rent. This year couldn't just let us end nicely could it?

Oh and now I fibd out Pg&E charged us nearly double and were behind because we can't even pay rent so why would we be able to afford another 150 on our bill when we barely use electricity!!!!!
