closed captioning adventures -- man I cant find the style guide I was referencing months ago and the new one I found has different rules???

this is from DCMP so I do trust it but waugh

opinions: captioned sounds (ex: dog barking) should be in lowercase or caps. I was doing caps (ex: DOG BARKING) but this style guide says lowercase

the only real hassle is that I have to go back and change all the sounds I typed in uppercase

update i found out uppercase is the standard set by teh BBC, which is fair, but also fuck the BBC,

i will in fact side with the DCMP on this one. also, editing the srt file wasn't TAHT hard,
