meanwhile, I'm toasts-obsessed this mornin'. with my grandma's suman sa lihiya/sumang tagalog and I'm brewing milk tea with this winco green tea from scratch. no oatmilk kay none available sa balay. regular milk will do.

Pusa-Cat! : simple lang na breakfast, yep. yung corned beef, toast, and poached egg lang yung linuto this morning. it took me long to finish kasi 1 pan lang gamit ko. had to wash it mga 1-2x in between cooking and frying stuff. 😅

Pusa-Cat! : and the first poached egg broke sa may yellow ng egg when I transferred it sa plate. 😭🥺

Pusa-Cat! : I learned how to make/cook poached egg in the US (SoCal) from the aunt who's travelling back there with my grandma today.

crysta17 good job sa brekkie! I feel you sa poached eggs, those are notoriously difficult to perfect. I got me one of them microwave-friendly cups for poaching eggs with, and due to the power of my microwave at home the eggs sometimes turn out fully cooked anyway. 😅

Pusa-Cat! : i just cut the whites out para di ma-break yung yellow/yolk when I take them out from the frying pan...well...not all the whites but majority of it. tinitirhan ko naman ng kaunti para may support yung yolk. 😅
