[Atelier Meruru] damn hit the minmaxing paralysis. trying to work out what traits and effects I want on my Meteor and Elixir

okay, got my Pepped Up Elixir sorted. thinking about making another for Totori to Duplicate so I can replace Pepped Up and Monstrous with other traits

having trouble getting all traits on a Meteor. there's just not enough Cost available yet
