[weight loss] SLAMS HANDS ON TABLE I BROKE THROUGH ANOTHER MILESTONE

For the last year or so I was hovering at 336. No matter how little I ate or what I did, I couldn’t break through it.

But since I started a higher dosage of thyroid medication, I not only broke the 330 barrier

But this morning I hit 316 on the scale

I’m 6’3” and my target is 220 lbs. I’m super broad and honestly no one even thought I weighed as much as I did before. I figure 220 is comfortable
