Thanksgiving is next week!!!!

Time to plan what vegan sushi I will be rolling.

Oh yeah! Having worked offshore for US companies, got me celebrating that too but in a small way to express gratitude for blessings and all good that come to me and my family.

it came up quick!

Gotta make a seitan roast, cranberry sauce, and some sourdough stuffing.

I'm making some baked brie with cranberry sauce and calling it a night. I'll probably do a lot of homework. Quiet year.
