Morality questions?

DOKTAH - 1, 9, 16 (I already know a lot of these questions for him but I'd like to hear your takes on these three)

1. Do they think that they’re a good person?

Thats a complicated question; in his good mind set, The Doctor for sure thinks they're a good person with good intentions; but you know those times that the solution is killing; there's a lot of self hating and guilt and wondering if they are a good person :x

Even if that may have been the only way to save others :x

9. If they committed a crime, would they accept punishment willingly?
usually someone tends to accept this willingly

16. What would they consider a fate worse than death?
Living forever :x
